Who We Are
Founded in 2020, Envision Your Pathway is an education and youth development nonprofit. Our mission is to develop and empower young people with dynamic skills. We’ve built a model that fosters community, cooperative critical thinking, and humanitarianism through civic engagement.
We believe that our youth, as the next generation of leaders, change makers, and workforce innovators, must be given the necessary tools and lift to propel themselves into pathways that are true to their own goals, values, and brand.
But first, we must provide them with the guidance, support, resources, education, and pathways to get there. The EYP Visionaries Program does exactly that.
Together, the Envision Your Pathway team has over 30 years of experience in the education, nonprofit, and technology spaces.

What We Do

We Empower
Our youth-led civic engagement initiative is interwoven in EYP’s curriculum. This thematic project-based leadership program empowers young people with the skills, behaviors, opportunities to create solutions in their communities with agency and vision.

We Develop Skills
We help young people develop the most desirable skills in the Silicon Valley: communication, branding, negotiation, entrepreneurship, project management, and leadership.

We Educate
Our workshops and seminars aim to enrich and expose young people to skills, pathways and opportunities on their way to becoming future leaders and changemakers.

We Prepare
Our program provides and cultivates an environment for young people to build the mindset and behaviors they need to succeed, including growth mindset, resilience, ambition and goal setting.

We Coach & Mentor
Our staff serve as executive coaches to help youth develop their own SMART goals and build mindsets, behaviors and habits to reach new levels of self-efficacy.

We Support
We emphasize the importance of workforce development, enable access to opportunities and help youth persist in situations when circumstances feel daunting.
